i´m manu, from the Basque Country (north of Spain).
I joined Team Academy Euskadi one and a half year ago... one of the best decisions of my life.
Nowdays i work in my own cooperative company, creating day by day, the job of my dreams.

Where have I been?

All I know is that I am on a journey and that is in itself a destination.
How do I get there?
Trusting my instincts, being open to challenges, making friends along the way.
How do I know that I have reached my goals?
When I find joy in the unexpected.

You have inspired me thinking about the following questions again:
Where have I been?
In an organizational world where my voice didn't count much (while I was there); now it is truth over there.
Where am I now?
Reflecting, which road to take for the time to come:
- the one that everybody is travelling on?
- the countryside path through the rolling valleys?
- the cobblestone one through the Dresden backcountry?
- the unknown one that I don't know at that time?
I think I take the ones that lead away from the mainstream.
Discoveries have been always done, when gone into the unknown:-))
Where am I going?
Towards the visionary dream I have expressed at Peter Senge's workshop "Foundation for Leadership" exactly one year ago.
Let's get surprised, as there is NO PLAN;-))
...and still I know where I am going:-))
I feel great and keep you posted about the stages.

That sounds great Ralf! And we don't need a plan to know where we are going. Vision and passion are ingrained in our hearts and provide an internal compass to guide us.
Hi Marigo, reflecting on our current action stage at LockSchuppen or the new TeamAcademy prototype and many conversation I am quite sure we have a goal in the far distance of our life. Something is calling us - we are often unable to articulate this in words as the vision seems unspeakable to others (only we think to know it). Not so I think - sharing your thoughts and very personal vision will open the gate to great journeys through the wilderness of life :-)
